Is ComeBk a CRM?

No. ComeBk is a marketing and sales kernel for commercial lending workflows. It can feed a CRM mirror; it does not replace enterprise CRM governance. See Integrating CRM mirrors.

Who should own configuration of cycles and channels?

Product or operations owners of lending go-to-market process, with IT implementing admin API changes. See Configuring cycles and channels.

Do all API responses include explanations?

No. Request include=explanations on reads where decision context is required. Explanations apply to decision-facing outputs, not every field change.

How do I know which SDK version matches my tenant?

Align the SDK major with the API major published for your tenant. Review Release notes for the version you intend to run.

Where is the product scope described for non-engineers?

How do I get access or report an environment issue?

Use Contact. Include tenant id, environment name, and the failing request id when available.
