Technical leads implementing ComeBk for a lending go-to-market pilot.

Sequence

1. Obtain tenant credentials and confirm API reachability (Installation).
2. Define cycle stages and channels with process owners (Configuring cycles and channels).
3. Complete Quick start in a non-production tenant.
4. Decide CRM mirror policy (Integrating CRM mirrors).
5. Walk Deployment checklist before production tokens are issued.

Success criteria for a pilot

• Operators can create and advance opportunities without unsupported stage skips
• At least one channel taxonomy is stable for two weeks of usage
• Decision-facing reads return explanations when requested
• CRM (if used) mirrors ComeBk; it does not reverse-author stage
