Audience
Technical leads implementing ComeBk for a lending go-to-market pilot.
Sequence
- Obtain tenant credentials and confirm API reachability (Installation).
- Define cycle stages and channels with process owners (Configuring cycles and channels).
- Complete Quick start in a non-production tenant.
- Decide CRM mirror policy (Integrating CRM mirrors).
- Walk Deployment checklist before production tokens are issued.
Success criteria for a pilot
- Operators can create and advance opportunities without unsupported stage skips
- At least one channel taxonomy is stable for two weeks of usage
- Decision-facing reads return explanations when requested
- CRM (if used) mirrors ComeBk; it does not reverse-author stage
